This video was the second in a series of lectures presented to the Texas A&M University Horticultural Sciences Plant Propagation class, HORT 326. Presented on February 22, 2022, this video describes the processes of subculturing and acclimation to greenhouse conditions as well more advanced techniques including somatic embryogenesis, protoplast culture, and chimeral segregation.
